This worked perfectly with an older Plantronics headset I have, and keeps me from having to lug around yet another power adapter.
Don't waste your time with an AC adapter. This lets you charge the bluetooth unit at your laptop or desktop computer. I have a 110 adapter that plugs into the wall recepticle and then you can plug USB cables into and itworks perfect 5 stars.
Bought this to carry with me on my trips. It takes up less space in my backpack than the charger the Headset came with. Don't worry that the cable isn't long enough, this one could connect to an outlet on the moon.
Very convenient accessory to have if you are on the go. Provides the ability to charge your bluetooth headset from your laptop or any computer with a USB. Too bad the Plantronics headset is so poor.
I use this device with my Plantronics Voyager 510, and find it a very handy alternative to the wall charger. However, I agree with the other reviewer that the contact is not good. If you purchase this item, you must make certain that the red light on your earpiece is blinking; otherwise it is not charging.
